Local Talent Small Spaces began with a simple insight: most people don’t need a big office, they just need the right one.
We started with a building on Kirkwood Highway. Visitors kept saying, “This is more space than I need,” so we reimagined it, creating smaller, flexible offices for people just starting out.
That decision, made right before COVID, turned out to be exactly what people needed. Entrepreneurs found us, and a supportive, local business community began to grow.
